Our steaks are hand-cut from AAA Alberta or USDA Choice Beef well -aged and then grilled over a Mesquite fire.

All of our steaks are served with crispy onion rings, seasonal vegetables and choice of Chuck Wagon Side.

	LONE STAR BONELESS BEEF RIB STEAK (12 oz.) Our signature steak. Fresh cut from the Rib - tender, juicy, well-marbled and considered the most flavourful cut.
	New York Strip (10 oz.) Steak lover’s choice - Our boneless New York Strip is well-aged, juicy and full of flavour.
	Filet Mignon (7 oz.) A premium hand-trimmed, tender steak.
	Ranchers Top Sirloin (8 oz.) A juicy, boneless cut with great flavour and texture. Also available with 6 garlic shrimp.
	Steak & Rib Combo An 8 oz. Top Sirloin combined with a half rack of our famous Pork Back Ribs.
	72 oz. Steak Challenge A true Texas tradition - eat this Top Sirloin steak with all the trimmings in one hour and it’s free! 24 hour advance order is required.
